As a musician you need a healthy body to play an instrument and a strong mind to deal with a turbulent lifestyle. Lisa practices yoga to find balance in her life and to create space in body & mind. Next to performing, she teaches yoga in several studios and also offers yoga courses for musicians at the Conservatory of Amsterdam.


After she spent a month in India to deepen her practice Lisa did a 200hr Vinyasa Teacher Training with Johan Noorloos at De Nieuwe Yogaschool Amsterdam. For a few years she has been following workshops and trainings with Shiva Rea, Coral Brown, Nianna Bray and Simon Park and is currently finalizing the 300hr Prana Vinyasa Teacher Training.
